Terms and Conditions

We've tried to keep our Terms and Conditions as clear and simple as possible, providing you all the information we can (but not too much) about your transactions so that you completely understand the whole process, from order to delivery and beyond. It's really important to us that your shopping experience meets expectations, so please spend a few minutes and read on. You'll need to accept our T's & C's every time you make a purchase – they might change from time to time, so do check the date at the top of the page.


Once you're happy everything is correct and you've submitted an order you'll be given an Order Reference Number with details of the product(s) you have ordered along with the delivery tracking number.

Sometimes we have to hold our hands up and admit we have made a mistake by unintentionally publishing inaccurate information on the site (e.g. the price, description or availability of a product you have ordered). In this instance we may have to cancel your order at any time up to the point we send you the product(s), even if you have received your Order Confirmation email, and you will receive a full refund of any charges already paid. If this does happen we will notify you immediately to offer an alternative product or update you with an estimated delivery date.

We reserve the right to cancel any order but we will provide you with a reason. This is usually done for licensing reasons with suppliers.

2. Prices and Payments

All our prices are in GBP, USD or Euros. The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, the delivery charge (if any), plus any additional services you choose e.g. Pre 9am delivery. You'll see all these in your Shopping Basket before you submit an order. Payment is processed once the order is submitted.

3. Delivery and Collection

All our items are delivered by courier (UPS) or by post to the delivery address provided when you place your order. Once your order is confirmed, we will endeavour to deliver the goods within the delivery period that applies to the option you have chosen.

UK (domestic) orders include free next working day delivery via UPS , a fully trackable service. We endeavour to dispatch orders placed before 12PM on the same day.

International Orders are available worldwide and will be dispatched via UPS, FedEx or DPD. For most EU countries is a 2-4 working day service and for the rest of the world 2-6 working days.

As an online business we do not offer a shop collection service.

4. Returns / Cancellations

If for whatever reason you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, we're happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as it's unopened, in its original packaging and you can provide proof of purchase. This option is available for 30 days after delivery.

Following the Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept items back even if you've open the good to inspect them. You are entitled to a refund as long as you return your goods within 30 working days* from the day after delivery. The goods must be in an “as sold” condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories or free gifts received with it. The product must not have been used or have any data inputted. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them.

* Working days means all days other than Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. You need to return the goods to our head office, or contact us within the 30 day working period.

5. Faulty Goods

It's bad enough that your product develops a fault, so if required, we try to make our returns option as swift and easy as possible. As soon as you discover that any goods are faulty you should notify us within 30 days of delivery. Faulty goods means any goods we supply that do not conform to the Orders Product Description.

We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, normal wear and tear by you or any third party, or any alteration or repair carried out without our prior approval.

When you return goods to us:

  • You must include proof of purchase
  • You must ensure that they are properly and securely packaged and labelled with our address.
  • You are responsible for any damage or loss in transit so we recommend using an insured and tracked service.

6. Missing, damaged or incorrect orders

We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives at your door complete and as described. If you don't receive your orders when expected, you can check that they have been dispatched using our tracking facility detailed in the confirmation email. If it's not on its way you can contact us on . Missing or incorrect item must be reported to us within 14 days of the order being received. Damaged items must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

7. Warranty

All items are covered by our warranty. Warranty levels are length vary product to product. Each listing will list the level and length of cover. Where faulty goods will be repaired or replaced with goods equal or greater in specification. As above, we do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, normal wear and tear, or any alteration or repair carried out without our prior approval.

Full Hardware Warranty

If your product develops a fault within the warranty period and it can not be repaired remotely we will arrange for the collection, repair and return of your item. If your item is beyond repair, a replacement will be issued.

Send them to us in suitable packaging. We can't be held liable for loss or damage in transit and it's advised you purchase postal insurance. We will then repair and return your item. If your item is beyond repair, a replacement will be issued.

Where products are covered by Apple's One-Year Limited Warranty and/or Apple's AppleCare Protection Plan machines will be supplied with the relevant documentation and transferred into the buyers name. Note, any upgrades (i.e. Hard Drive or RAM) that have been made will not be covered by Apple but in most cases will be covered by the respective manufacturers'.

8. VAT

Normal VAT Scheme – All items sold under the normal VAT Scheme will have VAT charged at the current rate, 20%, and the VAT component will be displayed separately on the invoice, hence allowing it to be reclaimed if you are a VAT registered business.

The applicable VAT scheme will be indicated in the product description and on the Order Confirmation.

Whilst we make every effort to indicate which VAT scheme the product falls under in the Product Description, if you have strict requirements for a VAT qualifying product please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm.

9. Privacy

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customers details with any 3rd parties. We do not store personally identifiable information in our cookie data.

11. General

These Terms and Conditions, and all transactions relating to this website and all non-contractual obligations are governed by English Law and are subject to non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.
