Following Government advice, our office and workshop remain operational with a number of additional safety measures in place. To improve social distancing and safety, where our staff are able to work from home, they are currently doing so.

We do not offer a repair service for products which have not been procured through ourselves or are not covered under warranty.

We stock a mixture of new, 'New Modified' and refurbished Apple devices. All our items go through a rigorous testing procedure to ensure they work first time all the time.

In order for our devices to all be Apple-certified reconditioned, we do not offer a part exchange or buy-back option at this time.

All of our products are covered by a warranty provided by ourselves. The warranty level and length vary from product to product but are generally 12 months. Each individual listing will list the details of the warranty schedule. Faulty goods will be repaired or replaced with goods equal to or greater in specification as deemed by the company management.
Please note that your warranty does not cover the following:
- Software or operating systems
- Damage caused by your mishandling, misuse, neglect, negligence, tampering or unauthorised adjustments
- Accidental damage or any damage caused by liquids, fire or any other event outside of our control
- Damage caused by a third party or yourself. This includes work completed by Apple or Apple authorised third parties.
- Damage due to usual wear and tear or the natural ageing of the item
- Cosmetic damage including but limited to: dents, scratches, chips, cracks or snaps
- Damage caused to any connected devices such as external drives or monitors
- Loss or theft of your item.
If your product develops a fault within the warranty period and it cannot be repaired remotely, we will arrange for the collection, repair and return of your item. If your item is beyond repair, a replacement will be issued.
This must be in suitable packaging. We can’t be held liable for loss or damage in transit and it is advised you purchase postal insurance. We will then repair and return your item. If your item is beyond repair, a replacement will be issued as per the above.

We endeavour to achieve your expectations first time, on the rare occasion that we don’t meet them, you can return your device to us within 30 days of purchase.
All returns must be authorised with customer service and an RMA number issued. Any returns sent without approval may be rejected as all returns go to a different address.

- Direct Bank Transfer - Make your payment directly into our bank account. This is a manual process, please use your Order ID as the payment reference.

All our items are delivered by courier, once your order is confirmed, we will endeavour to deliver the goods within the delivery period that applies to the option you have chosen.
Free shipping transit times will vary from 6-10 working days. Express shipping times will vary from 3-5 working days. Estimated shipping dates are displayed on all our products and at the checkout.

No, as your shipment will originate in the Netherlands there are no duties or taxes to pay and our courier will deliver your item with no additional fees to pay.
